This year is lucky year for Flyers. The University of Dayton women's basketball team had a historic season in 2016-17 winning both the regular season and tournament titles in the Atlantic 10. That capped off a stellar season under first year head coach Shauna Green, who had a short transition after taking over in September. She led the Flyers to their first sweep of conference titles and their 26th 20+ win season in program history. It also marked the 37th winning season for the Flyers. Dayton finished off the season with its seventh NCAA Tournament appearance and 10th straight postseason berth. The Flyers ended the campaign with a tough loss to eight-time National Champion Tennessee at the KFC Yum Center in Louisville, Ky.

We Hope Dayton Women's basketball keep going next season!
